Kip Lewis is the current CEO, President, and founder of a real estate company known as Lewis Investments, responsible for real estate developments and investments. The Lewis Investments company is currently headquartered in Texas, and has been operating for over a decade. However, the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic has affected most businesses and business owners, including Kip Lewis and Lewis Investments.
However, with all the challenges and obstacles he has faced with his company Lewis Investments, Kip Lewis has gained valuable lessons and experiences that will enable him to overcome various business challenges. In the first months of 2020, Lewis Investments sought assistance from a top leading professional service firm, JLL, and the Fortune 500 Company. Unfortunately, the project was put on hold in March 2020 due to the unavailability of credit markets.
Luckily, the unfortunate developments experienced by Lewis Investments turned out to be good fortune due to JLL’s team’s ability to search for alternative sources and completed a 17 million dollars refinancing portfolio of a recreational vehicle and three manufactured Housing properties managed and owned by Lewis Investments. Lewis Investments has achieved consistent growth for the past several years and currently owns retail, industrial, residential, office, and raw land properties.
Kip Lewis started Lewis Investments when he was young, at the age of 27, with only 2000 dollars. His very first successful acquisition was a 35-acre Recreational Vehicle and Manufactured Housing. His passion for restoring historic Round Rock has made his purchase and remodel the landmark Round Rock buildings.
